Information HUCKSY collects
When you submit an appraisal or contact form, HUCKSY may collect your name, work email, company, sector, systems involved, problem description, timeline and source of enquiry. Basic technical information such as submission time and browser user agent may also be stored to support security and troubleshooting.
How the information is used
HUCKSY uses enquiry data to assess fit, respond to you, prepare practical recommendations, manage follow-up and improve the service. HUCKSY does not sell enquiry data.
Website analytics
Where configured, the public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page use and technical performance. HUCKSY does not create a visitor identifier, store campaign context in your browser or record individual click journeys. The analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics and is not used for advertising or profiling.
Legal basis
The usual basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps before entering into a contract. Where consent is needed for optional marketing, HUCKSY will request it separately.
Storage and processors
Website submissions may be stored in Cloudflare infrastructure and handled through HUCKSY business systems used for CRM, workflow management and Microsoft 365 operations. Access is restricted to people or systems that need it for legitimate business use.
Retention
HUCKSY keeps enquiry records only as long as needed for follow-up, service management, legal obligations or reasonable business records. Stale enquiries should be reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask HUCKSY to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, subject to applicable UK data protection law. Use the contact form to make a request.
